Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VoidLoop (“the app”), developed by Roberto Battaglia. By downloading or playing the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the app on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases and virtual items

The app offers optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads or a premium upgrade), processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Virtual items and upgrades have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed, not sold. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. Purchases can be restored on a new device through the same store account.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays third-party ads. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair play

You agree not to exploit bugs, tamper with the app’s data or binaries, or use the app in any unlawful way. We may discontinue or modify the app (including gameplay, items, and pricing of future purchases) at any time.

Intellectual property

The app, including its code, artwork, audio, name, and logo, is owned by Roberto Battaglia and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
